Rules for playing Sudoku :
It is a number puzzle which has a 9 x 9 grid which in turn has 3x3 sub grids called regions. Few values are already provided and the target is to fill the empty cells with Numeral 1 through 9. It must be placed in the grid in such a way that each row or column or regions contains these digits 1 thru 9 only once.
